UPDATE: From 3 to 4 stars. The manager contacted me regarding my review. She expressed her concerns and was very willing to make things right. Unfortunately, I was not able to return to the salon. However, she was kind enough to offer a partial refund instead. I am glad the salon followed up. It’s important for customer satisfaction and expectations to be met. Salon was nice and welcoming, especially for being a walk-in. The establishment needs deep cleaning (fabric seats) and dusting (all around) The quality of work for the price does not match. Especially for Manhattan Beach area. I asked several times for specific things and they weren’t accomplished. For example, underneath my nails I have a lot of gunk/material for gel X and polish. The French cat eye does not completely cover the nail tip ends/curves. It is also difficult to communicate with the techs due to language barrier. I’m not a local, but if I was I don’t think I would return.

Wonderful manicure with gel. Tin was very patient and he got the length and color just right to give me strong natural nails! Next time I’m in the area, I will be sure to stop by!

Omg so happy they opened this location!! I loveed my experience here. Super plush seats, I had a mani pedi and even got a shoulder massage at the same time. All the selection of nail colors is such eye candy and their binder of nail colors is so professional looking. My first time here and they had a slight technical difficulty doing chrome design on one of my nails but resolved it by bringing in another tech to help finish it off same time so that was fine with me. They offered beverages with ur session and had cute cuticle oil samples. The salon itself is absolutely gorgeous and feels very posh. Definitely give them a try! I learned this is one of several locations. They are currently offering 15% off for new customers!

I visited the nail salon from Canada and they gave me a super good experience and service. My nails were amazing , Tracy, Vivian and Mimi took care of me and my friend. Simply delighted by this place. We will be coming back.
